I've bought from here three times and I gotta say, the service is always top-notch. The site is super user-friendly, they always have what I need in stock, and the delivery is great. You get the best quality stuff at awesome prices, thanks a bunch once more!

I'm really happy with the quality of the items. But, I gotta say, I'm not thrilled about the extra fee for shipping to my place in the Highlands of Scotland. Royal Mail has the same rates for delivery across the UK, so it feels pretty unfair to tack on any extra charges! (More than £10.00)

This site is super easy to navigate. You can easily find what you need. They had a complete selection of matching sockets. I was on the hunt for 8 sockets from the same collection but with various features, like some having USB ports and others not. I had a tough time finding this elsewhere. The pricing was outstanding. My electrician thought so too. I reckon he’ll be ordering from them now! Delivery was speedy, though I did shell out a bit extra for that, but it was worth it. Thanks a bunch!

I didn't get my order in the time frame they said I would. I shot them an email to check on the delivery status, but all I got back was a generic response saying I'd hear from them in 24 hours... still no word from them. Tried calling the company today, but no one picked up!!!!! I'm left in the dark about whether I'll get a response or my order!!!!! Absolutely terrible customer service and company!!!

Update on 1.12.2022: After I posted this review, I got an email the next day! They apologized for the hold-up, which was due to the Royal Mail strikes. I finally got my order on 6.12.2022, but I turned it down and asked for it to be sent back. So, I can't say anything about the quality of the items. Now, I'm just waiting to get my refund.

Shipping was super fast, and it was all smooth sailing. The quality is great, with no scratches or damage like you sometimes see with delivered items.

It took about 2 weeks to get here, which feels a tad excessive. Other than that, everything's fine.
